Invalid Student Username/Password
Problem
In the event that a student is getting the invalid Username/Password error, follow the steps below to resolve the most common causes.
Solution
Confirm username and password are entered correctly.
Check the student is entering their username and password correctly
Confirm the keyboard is in the correct layout. (US)
If you notice the keyboard is writing different letters than it should be, click the clock in the bottom right hand corner. There is an option under “Keyboard,” if this does not say US, click the arrow and switch it to “English - US”.
Confirm that all keyboard keys are working.
Make sure the student is in the correct test.
Restart their Chromebook and navigate to the correct test. Often students click on the incorrect test or click on the practice test.
Verify the students Username/Password is correct with the building Principal.
They will need the students name and possibly their student number and classroom.
