Asset Confirmation
This article describes how district staff can confirm what assets they are in possession of as well as report Unlisted Assets that they are in possession of.
Instructions
Navigate to IT Central - Asset Confirmation.
The list shown on this page reflects all the assets assigned to the user in SCASD IT Services Inventory System.
Click the checkboxes next to each asset that you are in possession of either at a district building or at home.
The Condition field can be changed to reflect the physical quality of the device.
If you are in possession of additional District Technology with an asset tag, click the Report Unlisted Asset so that our inventory system can be updated to reflect the change.
Enter the Building, Asset Tag/Serial Number if available.
Once complete, select Confirm Selected Assets.
