Submitting Community Service Hours
The PowerSchool Student Portal gives you access to submit community service hours to be displayed on your transcripts.
🚀 Log into PowerSchool via ClassLink
Log in using your SCASD username and password
Click the PowerStudent icon
On the PowerSchool login page, scroll to the bottom and click the Student Sign In button
🎯 You’ll be redirected to the Student sign-in page—just follow the prompts to log in!
🗺️ Navigating the Portal
Once you're logged in, you’ll see a dashboard with tabs and links to key information. You’ll want to select Forms from the list of options
🔄 Submitting the Form
Inside of Forms, select “Community Service Hours” from the list of options. You’ll need to enter the following information prior to submitting the form.
Date(s) of Service
Hour(s) Worked
Project/Organization
Description of Work Performed
Reflection
Supervisor Contact Information
📈 Approval Process
Once entered these forms are submitted to the building Counseling Office for review.
Upon, approval the hours will be totaled for the students from each submission and displayed on the transcript.
