SCASD Student Guide to PowerSchool Student Portal

The PowerSchool Student Portal gives you access to your class schedule, grades, attendance, and more—all in one place. Here’s how to log in and find what you need.

1. Go to launchpad.classlink.com/scasd

2. Log in using your SCASD username and password

3. Click the PowerStudent icon

4. On the PowerSchool login page, scroll to the bottom and click the Student Sign In button

   🎯 You’ll be redirected to the Student sign-in page—just follow the prompts to log in!

Once you're logged in, you’ll see a dashboard with tabs and links to key information:

• Grades and Attendance – View current grades and daily attendance records

• Class Schedule – See your full schedule including teachers and room numbers

• Email Notifications – Set up alerts for grade changes or attendance updates

• School Bulletin – Check for school-wide announcements

• My Schedule – View your calendar by day or week

Use the left-hand menu to switch between different sections like:

• Grades & Attendance

• Schedule

• Class History

Each section gives you a snapshot of your academic progress and daily routine.

To see your schedule:

1. Click Class Schedule from the left-hand menu

2. You’ll see a grid showing periods, course names, teachers, and room numbers

3. Use the My Schedule tab for a calendar-style view of your week

1. Click Grades and Attendance

2. You’ll see a list of your current classes, grades, and attendance marks

3. Click on a grade to view assignment details (if available)

📝 Attendance codes may include excused, unexcused, tardy, or present—check with your teacher or office if you have questions.
