Easterly Parkwary - How to project in the EP APR

 How to set up

There are 2 carts. One is for projection and sound from the computer. The other is for a Microphone for presentations.

1. Locate the 2 carts in Room 208 at Easterly Parkway

2. The custodian can bring down the projector screen using the key.

3. The cart with the projector will need to be plugged in with a long electrical cord to the wall.

4. Power on the projector on the cart and face it to the projector screen on the stage

5. Plug in the VGA dongle and the AUX cord into your laptop

   Open

   

6. If a microphone is needed, plug the 2nd cart into an electrical source and flip the switch for the wired microphone.

   Open

   

How to take down

1. Power down the projector

2. Unplug everything from an electrical outlet

3. Return the carts to Room 208 at EP
