Spring Creek Elementary - Projecting in the APR (Cafe) at SCE

The following TWO sections explain how to set up the APR for projection as well as shut down the system.

 Setup

1. Lower the Screen using the control on stage right

   Open

   

2. Power on the sound system by tapping the screen (box in the wall in the front of stage left), then click Wallplate for the presentation source. You can use the Microphone if needed for a presentation.

3. Power on the Projector using the Epson remote power button

   Open

   

4. Connect your laptop to the HDMI cord outside the Kitchen doors

   Open

   

5. Verify your sound output is using Epson PJ

Shut down system

1. Unplug your laptop and hang the cord on the wall.

2. Click Exit System from the panel on the wall.

   Open

   

3. Power off the projector using the remote and return the remote to the panel box.

4. Raise the screen using the buttons on stage right.
