Jamf Migrate MacOS Instructions
The following article will walk you through the process of migrating your district device from the old MDM (Mosyle) to our new MDM (Jamf).

The following popup will appear on your device. Click Ok to trigger the start of the migration process.
Another screen will appear that will show the progress of the migration and alert if there are errors throughout any step of the process.
During the Enrollment step you will see the following screens and may be asked to enter your password a few times during this step to authorize the enrollment along with renewing the recovery key.
Once enrollment is complete, the laptop will start to download the new configurations from Jamf. Please allow a few minutes before disconnecting from WiFi or restarting the device.
If you run into issues at any time during the transition or notice you do not have the ability to do something on your laptop that you could do previously, please reach out to IT Services and we will assist you.
