Google Classroom Import Tool for Schoology

The Google Classroom Import tool in Schoology allows educators to transfer materials from Google Classroom into their Schoology courses. Follow this guide to complete the import process.

1. Access the Google Classroom Import Tool

• Log in to your Schoology account.

• Click Google Classroom Import from the side menu

2. Authenticate Your Google Account

1. When prompted, sign in to your Google account linked to Google Classroom.

2. Grant Schoology the necessary permissions to access your Google Classroom materials.

3. Select Materials for Import

1. After authentication, you will see a list of available Google Classroom courses.

2. Select the course you wish to import materials from.

3. Choose the specific resources, assignments, and attachments to import into Schoology.

5. Verify Imported Content in Schoology

1. Once the import is complete, navigate back to your Schoology course.

2. Locate the newly imported materials under the appropriate sections.

3. Make any necessary adjustments, such as modifying assignment formatting, and add forced copy Google Doc link to the assignment, and add the category for the assignment.
