Syncing Your PowerSchool Gradebook

To send your grades from Schoology to Powerschool, you will need to manually turn on the PowerSchool sync

 Instructions

1. From your course, click on the Powerschool button in the bottom left hand corner
   
   

   Open

   

2. You will then need to put a checkmark on the Schedule Sync button under the Grade Sync header

3. Choose Daily as the Frequency option and choose a time period for the sync to occur (Overnight is preferred)

4. You can then apply this schedule to all courses by adding a checkmark in the Use this Schedule for all my Courses box, if you desire to do so.

5. Under the Define Categories button, you will then need to match the Schoology categories with the PowerSchool categories by clicking each one in the drop down menu.

6. Next, click on the Save Changes button
