Unified Talent Professional Learning - Running Reports

Reports can be ran within Professional Learning that allows administrators to pull required information such as section attendance

 Instructions

  1. Login to Professional Learning from SCASD launchpad

  2. Navigate to the Professional Learning tab

  3. Select the Reporting option from the left menu

  4. Choose Ad-Hoc Reporting

  5. Reports are split between categories, select the drop down on the desired Category to view saved templates. For example the Employee Transcript report found in the Transcript category.

  6. Select the 'Lightning Bolt” icon next to the report name to run the report. image-20250225-202435.png

    1. Add any desired filters (Name, Employee number, Section ID, etc.) by typing or selecting the drop downs for the fields that should be filtered

    2. Add any additional columns by selecting the checkbox on the left next to the desired item.

  7. When ready select the Run option at the top left. Make sure not to select Save or that will update the filters on the report and will need cleared at a later time.

  8. The report will run and email with the link for viewing when completed.
