Accessing the Preferred Name Form in the PowerSchool Parent / Student Portal

Follow these steps to access the preferred name form in the PowerSchool Parent portal.

Step 1: Log in to the PowerSchool Parent / Student Portal

  1. Open your web browser and go to the PowerSchool Parent / Student portal login page.

  2. Enter your username and password, then click "Sign In."

Step 2: Parents Select Your Student

  1. Once logged in, select the correct student from the top ribbon of the screen.

Step 3: Access Forms

  1. On the main screen of your Parent / Student Portal account, you will access your forms in one of two ways:

    • Click the "Forms" icon on the left-hand navigation bar. After clicking the icon, you will see a list of available forms.

Step 4: Select the Preferred Name Form and Complete and Submit Form

  1. Click on the Student Preferred Name/Nickname form.

  2. Fill out the Preferred Name/ Nickname in the form.

  3. Once you have completed the form, click the "Submit" button to send it to the school.
