Updating Health Concern with Notification
These instructions should be followed when a student’s health concern is updated or a new health concern is added. This will allow the affected teachers to be notified on these changes.
Instructions
Start by navigating to the student’s profile
Open the Health Concern screen under Health → Health Profile → Health Concern

If you would like the medical conercn to appear on the alert pop up on the attendance sheet, you must check the Show in Alert checkbox on the concern.
To show concern on medical alert please check the Show in Alert checkbox.
If you check both the Show in Alert for the Health Concern and the Comments both of these will show on the Medical Alerts for the student.
Select the pencil icon on the existing health concern to update the health concern.

Start by navigating to the student’s profile
Navigate to the Student Alert screen: Student Profile → More → Student Alerts

Modify the text to note the concern was update with a date.
