Incorrect text formatting
This guide is for fixing text that is incorrectly formatting akin to the below picture.
The easiest fix is to use a loaner chromebook. If another device is unavailable, use the guide below.
Method One:
Sign completely out of the chromebook.
Before accessing the NWEA App, hold Shift+Ctrl and press “+” exactly 5 times.
Launch the NWEA App and sign into the test session.
The issue should now be resolved. If you are still experiencing this issue, please use Method Two below.
Method Two:
Sign completely out of the chromebook.
Before accessing the NWEA App, hold Shift+Ctrl and press “-” multiple times until the screen is no longer getting smaller.
Hold Shift+Ctrl and press “+” exactly 6 times.
Launch the NWEA app and sign into the test session.
NOTE: You will need to perform the workaround again if the student leaves the NWEA App.
