Duo Mobile passcode

In the event that there is limited/no phone signal or wifi, this option allows you to enter a passcode instead. In the Duo Mobile app, select “Show” next to the Passcode option. This will reveal a six digit code. Entering this code will allow you to sign in.

Note: Codes are only good for 30 seconds. If it has been longer than 30 seconds, select “Refresh passcode” to generate a new code.

Bypass code

In the event that you do not have your phone (ie. forgotten or lost) IT Services can generate a bypass code to allow you to sign in.

Bypass codes are only good for a limited number of uses within a window of a few hours. To obtain a Bypass code, please call the IT Services Helpdesk. (814-231-7743)

Duo Push

By default, Duo will send a notification through the Duo Mobile app. Opening the Duo app will prompt you to select either Allow or Deny.

If you are attempting to sign in, select Allow.

If you are not attempting to sign in, select Deny.
