High School - Cafeteria and Cafeteria LGI Technology
When utilizing a shared space in the school for large groups, such as an auditorium or multi-purpose room, the technology available can significantly enhance the experience. These spaces are typically equipped with advanced projection systems and various other technologies to support presentations, meetings, and events.

How to use Projector: The projector setup in the Cafeteria LGI is similar to what teachers have available to them in classroom spaces. Your device just needs to be connected using the Apple Dongle and that should trigger the projector to turn on. However, if the projector does not turn on within 15 seconds, there is also a projector remote available to manually turn it on.
Audio System / Microphone Full Cafe vs LGI Only: The audio system with the Cafe LGI and the entire cafeteria is slightly complex, however, IT has set the system up to be as simple as possible if the event someone cannot be there to help.
LGI Only
Audio in the LGI only can be done using Wireless Microphone 2/LGI only and making sure “Combined” has a red ring next to it on the control panel, which is located on the right wall inside the Cafe LGI.
All three microphones can be used in the LGI space, however, only Wireless Microphone 2/LGI Only will work solely in the LGI space.
Cafeteria only
Audio solely in the Cafeteria area can be done using Wireless Microphone 3/Cafe Only and making sure “Combined” has a red ring next to it on the control panel, which is located on the right wall inside the Cafe LGI.
All three microphones can be used in the Cafeteria space, however, only Wireless Microphone 3/Cafe Only will work solely in the Cafeteria space.
Cafeteria and LGI
Wireless Microphone 1, 2, and 3 will work in both spaces, depending on how the control panel settings are set. Wireless Microphone 1 does not follow the control panel settings in regards to “Combined” being turned on or off. This microphone will project sound inside both the LGI and the Cafeteria at the same time, all the time.
Wireless Microphone 2 and 3 will project sound inside both the LGI and Cafeteria at the same time, however, to do so the “Combined” setting on the control panel must be green.
Additionally audio configuration available in the Cafeteria: On the right side of the cafeteria, the is an additional control panel that most users will not need to use. Auxiliary audio can be controlled on this panel. Audio can be run using a CD, AUX cable or Bluetooth device at the tower which is located inside the right most closet of the F104 Small Auditorium.
