PV Boardroom AV Set-Up

    • This is a step-by-step guide on how to run the AV set-up in the boardroom at PV.

     Instructions

    If TV’s are off, use the power buttons on the screen. DO NOT USE THE REMOTE TO TURN ON/OFF THE TVS.

    1. Tap the device to wake it up.

    2. When it says tap anywhere to begin, tap the screen.

    4. On the main screen, there are options to choose from

      1. Presenters = Small presenter desk.

      2. Staff Table = Long board member table.

      3. Video Desk = Control desk in the back of the room.

    5. Connect HDMI cable with dongle to your computer
