Support Staff Self-Evaluations Quick Start Guide - Perform

Please utilize these instructions for completing the self evaluations.

 Accessing Perform

  1. Start by going to Launchpad where district resources are located. https://launchpad.classlink.com/statecollege

  2. Selecting Sign in with Microsoft. You may be prompted for your district email/password. Enter that to continue into Launchpad.

  3. Select the PowerSchool Folder

  4. Select Perform from the list of PowerSchool resources

 Finding your Pending Evaluations

  1. When accessing Perform you should be brought to the Incomplete Tasks landing page. If not select My Folder and Tasks.

  2. From the Tasks Screen, all of the incomplete tasks for the pending evaluation cycle will be displayed. Select the Go To Form button to begin working on the task.

  3. When working on the Form, you will find options at the bottom of the page for Back (to cancel any unsaved progress and back out), Save Progress (to save current progress), Save & Submit (when the task has been fully completed select this to submit the task).

  4. Once a form has been submitted, some may require a signature. These typically will go to the supervisor to sign and then to the staff member to sign before they are finalized. If a form does require a signature these can be found in the Signatures Menu path.

  5. Once on the signatures page. If there are any tasks pending a signature they will be displayed here with the option View and Sign.

  6. Select View and Sign to pull up the document for signing

  7. At the bottom of the document you should then see the option to sign and submit the document. Selecting that will complete the workflow.
