Adobe Trial has Expired - No Licensed Products
Problem
If you or your students are experiencing one of the following errors.
You need to purchase Adobe Products.
Your Trial has Expired.
You have no assigned Adobe Products.
Solution
Faculty and Students will need to Enroll/Link there SCASD account with the Districts Federated Accounts.
Click the following link or send it to your student’s that are having issues.
Have User login to their email and click, select “Sign in with Google” option
Dont not type your email address in, it will not activate the new license
Open Adobe Creative Cloud App.
Sign out of the Adobe application.
Sign back in with the SCASD Google account.
The Adobe Application should now open properly.
