IT Support Request Submissions
Good morning,
IT Services was made aware of an issue with receiving support requests that are being sent to the previous and no longer in service helpdesk@scasd.org email address.Â
We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing, the new way to submit support requests to receive the best and quickest support would be to use the IT Support Portal.
Alternatively, an email can be sent to itsupport@scasd.org, this process is more time consuming and will lead to longer support times / responses to any support request submitted.
