(Moved)Chromebook Resolution Issue

Problem

During MAP testing there have been some student devices that are not set to the correct resolution to run the NWEA app. The steps below will allow students to reset their resolution and take the MAP assessment.

Solution

  1. Log into the chromebook.

  2. Click the area that shows the time and battery to access the settings. Click the settings icon (wheel).

     

  3. Scroll down the page to Displays

     

  4. On this page scroll down to Internal Display, be sure that it is set to 100%.

     

  5. Log out of the Chromebook.

  6. Access NWEA through the apps icon.
