Making adjustments in the Web Console

This interface can control the Volume of each Zone or each room or to test functionality of speakers by playing a sound file.

  1. The Web interface can be accessed by going to TelecenterU and then entering the Admin Username and Password

  2. Select the desired building from the drop down menu

Changing Speaker Volume

  1. Click on Tools menu and select Audio Controls

  2. Select the Zone or Room from the menu and adjust the slider to the desired level and click Apply

 Testing Speaker Functionality

  1. Select Prerecorded Audio from the Everyday Communication Tab at the top of the screen

  2. Select the "By Schools" and "By Zones" Check box

  3. Then choose the Zone from the Center menu to play audio to

  4. Finally the Audio clip from the right menu

  5.  Click Start

Be cautious when making announcements or testing functionality that rooms are not being used
