Emergency and All Call Paging Function

  1. Pick up handset on the Telecenter Phone

  2. Wait for the intercom dial tone

  3. Dial the number associated with the desired function

    1. All Inside and Outside: #10000*

    2. All Inside: #10001*

    3. Emergency: #10099*

  4. Wait for the beep

  5. Talk into the handset to be heard over the speaker

  6. When finished, Press the hook-switch to end the call

  7. Hang up the handset

Emergency Pages will override all other voice and program functions and connects to all speakers even those programmed to not receive announcements

Calling into One Location

  1. Pick up handset on the Telecenter Phone

  2. Press the intercom button and the number of the desired room station

  3. Wait for the pre-announce tone

  4. Talk into the handset to be heard over the speaker

  5. Stop talking to hear the response from the classroom

  6. When finished, Press the hook-switch to end the call

  7. Hang up the handset
