Instructions

1. Create a ticket for Gary to disable the device. Include the SCASD number, serial number, and student name.

2. Obtain the cost of the device/devices, and a new address for the student if possible.

   • Chromebook and charger: $430

   • Charger only: $25

   • MiFi: $100

3. To bill for the non-returned items, email Nancy Reese (njr25) with the student name, cost of the non-returned device/devices, serial number, and new address.
