How to use the Print Release Stations

There are print release stations located throughout all of our district buildings and are located beside the printer that they are tied to. Logging in and releasing the jobs from the print release station will print them directly to the printer located next to the Macbook. Both students and faculty members can log in to any print release station across the district and release the jobs waiting for them in their queue.

Instructions

  1. Print release stations are located at Elementary, Middle and High School level but each one can be logged into differently

  2. At the elementary level, students can log in using their student number or their regular user id and password. Faculty can log in using their user id and password.

  3. At the middle and high school level, students and faculty can log in using their user id and password

  4. Copiers at all levels will be able to be logged into by swiping their badge or by entering their credentials
