How to share a Help Desk ticket

Please follow this guide on how to share a support ticket.


  1. Log into the SCASD Support Portal

  2. Navigate to (top right) Requests > Created by me


  3. It will now display all requests that have been raised by the account that is currently signed in. Select the support ticket to be shared.

  4. Click the Share option on the right and enter the user's email. Click Share when finished.
