View your currently open support requests

Please follow these steps on how to view open service requests

Instructions

  1. Log into the SCASD Support Portal

  2. Navigate to (top right) Requests > Created by me

     

  3. It will now display all requests that have been raised by the account that is currently signed in.

     

  4. Filters can be changed to see IT Services or Physical Plant tickets by sorted by

    1. Status (Open/Closed/All)

    2. Created by anyone, Created by me, or ones that you are a participant of

    3. Request Type

    4. Request Contains - Enter a keyword to narrow the results to requests containing that keyword.

Please go to the drop down menu under Created by me and select Where I am a participant  to view support ticket that a user is a request participant
