How to verify your YouTube Account

When uploading videos to District YouTube Accounts that are LONGER than 15 minutes, the Host YouTube Accounts needs to be Verified

Instructions

Step 1: Going to Verification Page

  1. Click the link to be taken to YouTube's Verification Page

Step 2: Message-based verification

  1. YouTube will send you a request via phone to verify you are a real person. Enter the 6-digit code that from the voice/text message and click Submit

Step 3: Being Verified

  1. Once your account is verified, you will be able to upload content longer than 15 minutes
