Searching for a solution in the Knowledge Base

JIRA can be used to created support tickets for troubleshooting technical requests, requesting to order new technology or reporting issues that are occurring with SCASD systems.


  1. Login to the SCASD Help Center

    1. Begin entering a general description of the issue. Recommended articles will begin to populate.


  2. Choose the article that addresses the issue being experienced and follow the guide straight through before proceeding onward
