Performing macOS Updates

Versions 10.10 - 10.13

  1. To check for software updates for Mac computers, simply open the App Store app on your Mac.

  2. Click Updates in the App Store toolbar

  3. Use the Update buttons to download and install any updates listed.

     

  4. Some Updates may require login to the Mac App Store.

Versions 10.14+

  1. To check for software updates for Mac computers, open the System Preferences app on your Mac

  2. Click Software Update in System Preferences

  3. Use the Update Now button to download and install any updates listed
