Creating Signature/Initials

1. On your personal dashboard, select Settings.

2. Select Signatures.

3. You will see an option for signatures and an option for initials. Click New in the upper right corner of which option you would like to create.
   

   

4. DocHub gives you four ways to create your signature.

   1. Phone: Enter your phone number, then DobHuc will text a link to your mobile device that will allow you to draw your signature/initials. Once you have drawn your signature/initials, click Save.
      

      

   2. Draw: This option will allow you to use your trackpad or mouse to create your signature/initials.
      

      

   3. Upload Image: This option allows you to upload a saved signature that is already saved on your computer.

   4. Type: You will be able to choose a font-based signature/initials from a selection of different handwriting styles.
      

      

Changing Default Signature/Initials

1. On your personal dashboard, select Settings.

2. Select Signatures.

3. Select Set as Default beside the signature/initials.
   

   

4. To delete a signature/initials, hover over the one that you would like to remove and click the recycle bin icon.
