Use this guide to rollover attendance data from Google Form

Instructions

  1. Google Forms will output the Attendance Data into the Form Data tab

  2. The Current Month tab uses a formula to sort the data to put the newest at top. This is the one that will be viewed by counseling staff.

  3. Click the Plus in the bottom left corner to add a new sheet, Rename it to the current month.

  4. When the month ends the data will need to be Copy/Pasted from the Form Data tab to the new Sheet that was created

    1. Formula is placed in the A1 Cell [=SORT('Form Data'!A1:I,1,false)]
