This guide will show how to enable the background blur in Google Meet
Open, start or join a Google Meet
Click on the More Options dots > Change Background
Select either the Light Blur or Heavy Blur options located at the top of the background list.
To disable Background blur, repeat Step 2 and select the option for no background.
