Please follow these steps on how to view open service requests
Instructions
Login to SCASD Customer Portal with SCASD UserID and Password
Click on the Requests section in the Top Right corner of the screen
Requests that are associated with your account will appear here
Filters can be changed to see IT Services or Physical Plant tickets by sorted by
Status (Open/Closed/All)
Created by anyone, Created by me, or ones that you are a participant of
Request Type
Please go to the drop down menu under Created by me and select Where I am a participant to view support ticket that a user is a request participant
