How to request a new App on Clever

App Information

If you would like a new app to be available on Clever simply provide the following information and submit to itsupport@scasd.org 

  1. Name of Application to be included on Clever

  2. Information about application/How it relates to curriculum.

  3. Website Link to Software

Submitting a Request

A support ticket will be created that can be tracked from the customer portal page.

  1. Click on the "IT Services" link in the left-most column

    1. Choose the category Common Requests from below.

    2. Then choose the subset of the category Get IT Help.

    3. Please include as much detail as possible in the support ticket.

    4. Click "Create" when finished

  2. The support ticket can be viewed by clicking Requests > My Requests
