The following steps will guide users in submitting Help Desk tickets.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Customer Portal - This can also be found from the IT Support Resource Page under the tab “Getting Help”

    1. Search for the type of issue using the search bar at the top.

    2. Alternatively, select a category from below and then choose the subset of the category that's most relevant.

    3. Please include as much detail as possible in the support ticket. Required fields will be indicated with an asterisk - *.

    4. Click Create when finished. You will receive an email notification with the submitted request information.
