Perform a custom search as shown

  1. Alter Search criteria, with more demographic information if you need to limit students .

  2. List Field Selection allows you to information displayed in the search results.

  3. Sort Field Selection changes how the information is sorted when the search complete

  4. Once Custom Search is complete, the information can be exported as an Excel Worksheet or PDF

How to Mail Merge:
The exported addresses can be converted using Mail Merge in Word. Please utilize these instructions if you need assistance with this process.
