When joining a testing session the student is unable to locate their name. This is either caused by the student not being added to the testing session or having a status of something other that "Awaiting Student."
Instructions
Navigate to the testing session
Determine the student's current status
Perform one of the following actions depending on which of the below statuses is seen:
Suspended, completed or terminated
Select the student in the test session.
From the Select Action menu, choose Test Again.
The student's status should automatically change to Awaiting Student.
The student should now be able to rejoin the session.
Paused or testing
Select the student in the test session.
From the Select Action menu, choose Suspend.
The student's status should automatically change to Suspended.
From the Select Action menu, choose Test Again.
The student's status should automatically change to Awaiting Student.
The student should now be able to rejoin the session.
Confirmed or To Be Confirmed
Select the student in the test session.
From the Select Action menu, choose Do Not Confirm.
The student's status should automatically change to Awaiting Student.
The student should now be able to rejoin the session.
