Use this guide when requesting an app for an iPad but needs to be purchased then installed
Instructions
Gather Information
Information below is needed before submitting a ticket
App name
App Developer
Website link for app
Obtain approval from department supervisor for app purchase
Department Budget Number
Submit Service Request
Login to SCASD Help Portal with SCASD UserID and Password
Click on the "IT Services" link in the left-most column
Choose a category from the left menu that fits the type of support needed.
Then choose the subset of the category that's most relevant.
Please include as much detail as possible in the support ticket
Click "Create" when finished
Ticket will be escalated to IT Services Manager for approval/purchase
Ticket will be assigned to building technician to install app on iPad.
Once the app is assigned to the device it can be installed by clicking on the FileWave Kiosk
