  1. Log into Synergy Gradebook via this link.

  2. Next, click Grade Book from the menu bar then click Grade Book Setup from drop-down window.

  4. In class settings, click the Edit button on the left hand side.

  5. Locate the class you want to turn classroom on and utilize the toggle to ENABLE Google Classroom. When all desired classes have been selected click “Save” in the top right to commit the change. After clicking Save, Synergy will automatically create your new Google Classes and sync your students.

  1. Log into Google Classroom and open the classroom you would like to sync into Synergy.

    1. NOTE: If you don’t currently have a Google Classroom created already, you will want to create one for each class you wish to sync with Synergy by following these directions. Each class or section will need it’s own Google Classroom

  2. In your Google Classroom class on the Stream tab, locate the Class Code section and click the three dot menu and click Copy Course Code from the drop down.

  3. Next, log into TeacherVue through this link and click on the Grade Book Menu then click Grade Book Setup.

  4. Click the Click Settings tab in Grade Book Setup.

  5. In the Class Settings window, click the Edit button on the left-hand side of the window.

  6. Next, find the class you wish to link to your Google Classroom. Under the Google Classroom column, move the slider for that class from Disabled to Enabled, then click Advanced Options.

  7. Now you will enter the Class Code for your Google Classroom, and leave the rest of the settings on.

  8. Finally, click the green Save button in the upper-right corner of the screen to commit the changes.

  9. After clicking Save, you will notice that Synergy will begin to Sync your Synergy Gradebook with your Google Classroom, which will sync all your current students enrolled into your Google Classroom and sync the existing assignments & grade in Google Classroom to your Synergy Gradebook automatically.
