This guide will show users how to enable the red custody banner to show at the top of their screen when in the Student section.

Instructions
Log into Synergy
Go to a student who needs to have the Custody banner showing or needs the Custody icon to be a large red banner
If the student needs to be displaying the large red banner, click on the small gear in the top right corner near the Logout button and be sure Compact View is UNCHECKED
Once on the student, click on the Other Info tab
Scroll down to the Other Information section, then click the down arrow under Custody to select Custody!
The banner should now show successfully the entire way across your screen
After this is selected, click the green Save button to save these changes
