  1. Access the CICO page by opening the Pad tree and navigating to Synergy SIS → MTSS → CICO

  2. To enroll a student, ensure the Focus is correct, then click the Enrollment tab, then ‘+enroll’

  3. Click on the drop-down box and select a student to enroll

    • NOTE: Teachers cannot enroll a student, only Counselors/Principals/Support Staff

  1. Once the enrollment is complete, you will see the Check-In/Check-Out set up page for the student

  2. Completing and finalizing the Check-in/Checkout requires 4 items:

    1. Goal % - Set an ideal goal percentage that you would like the student to achieve

    2. Expectations - Click in the ‘Expectations’ box to set additional Expectations, or click the ‘X' to delete some of the existing 'Expectations’

    3. Start / End - Click on the calendar icons to set a Start Date AND an End Date

    4. Save or Cancel - Click the floppy disk icon to save the entry or the circle to cancel it

  1. Edit Schedule - Click ‘Schedule’ to change the schedule you’d like the Enrollment to cover

    1. You can choose different pre-determined schedules, or add a custom field (Recess, etc.) - then click ‘Save’

  2. View Reports (button) - change to the Report page where different reports can be viewed

  3. Edit Entry (button) - make changes to the existing Enrollment entry

  4. Add New - create a new Enrollment entry for the same student

  1. Access reports by clicking on the Reports tab


    * One report shows the scores of students by the day
    * Another shows the students that are currently scoring below their goal
    * The chart type can be changed by using the settings on the right side of the chart

  2. Reports can be printed or exported to a picture using the settings on the right side of the chart

  1. Click on the Dashboard tab to get a summary of CICO enrollments for the focused school
