The following article will describe how to make Gmail the default mail handler. This will allow you to click the Mail icons in Synergy and Gmail will open with the recipients email address populated.
Instructions
Open Chrome Browser and click the 3 dots in the top right of the window and click Settings
Go to the Privacy and security section.
Next to Site Settings, click the Right arrow
Scroll down to Additional permissions and click Expand
Next to Handlers, click the Right arrow
At the top, make sure Allow sites to ask to become default handlers for protocols (recommended) is turned on.
In your Chrome Browser's address bar, enter mail.google.com.
Click Service handler
Click Allow
After making this change the email buttons and email links in Synergy AdminVue will open a new Gmail window to email recipients.
