The following article describes how to create an absence from the ParentVue App or Online Portal

Instructions

  1. Open the ParentVue App or Web Portal and select the desired student in which you need to create an absence for.

  2. Click the Report Absence button

  3. Select the Start Date and End Date (Optional if only a 1 day absence)

  4. Add a note about your child’s absence explaining the reason for the absence

  5. An attachment can also be added (Doctor’s note, Educational Trip or Signed Excuse)

Only reason that can be selected is “Parent Called” please describe the situation in the Note
