Navigate to Synergy SIS > Student > Student

To view Parent/Guardian information, select the Parent/Guardian tab.

The Parent/Guardian tab will show you the name, if the student is living with, the phone number, if contact is allowed, educational rights, custody, and if mailing is allowed. To change if contact is allowed, educational rights, custody, and if mailing is allowed, select the check box beside the parent/guardian name beside each column.

1. Contact Allowed: If parent is allowed to legally have contact with the student.

2. Educational Rights: If parent has legal rights to know about their child's education (Example: Grades, Attendence, Discipline, etc.)

3. Has Custody: If parent has legal custody of the child.

4. Mailings Allowed: If parent is allowed to receive emails and mail from the school. IMPORTANT - If parent has legal educational rights, make sure this box is checked unless instructed otherwise.
   
   

To add or remove parents/guardians, select the Add button at the top, and select one of the squares on the left side to remove.

The parent/guardian tab will also show sibling information. Siblings' names, grade, and the school they attend will be shown.

Navigate to Synergy SIS > Student > Student

To view Parent/Guardian information, select the Parent/Guardian tab.

Select the Parent Name that needs to be changed.

To modify the email for the parent, edit Email under the Parent Info header.

Scroll down to find the addresses. These can be edited to change the home address as well as the mailing address for the parent.

At the bottom of the page will be the phone numbers. These can be edited if a number is changed and additional numbers can be added by using the add button.

Once the changes have been made click the save button at the top of the page.
