Instructions

  1. Log into the SCASD Support Portal

  2. Navigate to (top right) Requests > My Requests

    Image Removed

    Under My Request  click the Share option and type in Created by me

    Image Added

  3. It will now display all requests that have been raised by the account that is currently signed in. Select the support ticket to be shared.

  4. Click the Share option on the right and enter the user's email. Click Share when finished.
