JIRA can be used to created support tickets for troubleshooting technical requests, requesting to order new technology or reporting issues that are occurring with SCASD systems.
Login to the Customer Portal here with SCASD UserID and Password
Once logged in, Recommended issues will start appearing as you type in the search box shown below
Begin entering a general description of the issue. Recommended articles will begin to populate.
Choose the article that addresses the issue you are experiencing being experienced and follow the guide straight through before proceeding onward
